Hello, I'm Elissa. Thank you for visiting my website! I am currently the Customer Experience Design Manager at It Works! Global, a renowned network marketing company specializing in health, wellness, and beauty products. While I hold both Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Graphic Design, I value the significance of continuous learning and growth in my field. In pursuit of that, I am currently enrolled in the Google UX Design Certificate Program, to further expanding my knowledge and skills as a designer.

 

I have honed my craft over the past two decades, focusing on creating exceptional customer experiences with consumer packaged goods in the retail environment. Having gained extensive experience in understanding consumer behavior towards physical products in the retail industry, I have shifted my focus towards studying how customers interact with products in the digital space. By utilizing research and data-driven insights, my passion lies in connecting with users and prioritizing their needs to deliver outstanding seamless experiences that drive sales and foster customer loyalty.

 

Aside from design, my other passions include traveling, art history, spending time on the water, watching movies, and staying physically active. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I find joy in cooking delicious meals with friends and family.
